Skiing Holidays in Zillertal

Hop out of the cable car with your skis over your shoulder – and off you go! Zillertal offers a total of 180 lifts for winter sports. Skiers and snowboarders can expect exhilarating fun on 535 kilometres of ski slopes – there’s a perfect slope for everyone here! We also have ideal places for a stop-off – take a break from your sporting activities in one of around 80 ski huts. If you regard the evening as a time to relax and recuperate, you can draw new strength for the next day on the slopes by taking a leisurely winter hike. And when you return to your accommodation, your hosts will make you feel wonderfully at home with hearty Tyrolean hospitality. To put it in a nutshell: in all four Zillertal holiday regions, it’s just like visiting friends!

First StepsEvery great achievement is preceded by lots of small steps.
Beautiful linesThe snow had freshly fallen and the gusty wind overnight had transformed the fine crystals into frozen waves.
Wide-ranging viewsWhen the wind compresses the snow into a cornice, this can open up a view that is sometimes only visible for a matter of hours.
Sunny TracksJust a split second later and this moment would have been lost forever for Tom Klocker and his lens.
